Heyooo, it’s ya Girl
Hi, I’m Chelsea…I’m a month away from 26 and decided to pick up writing on this blog again.
Like most, I’ve endured a lot of incredibly painful things and even had a stint in the mental hospital 10 months ago but I decided to keep going and now here I am.
Here I am mentally stronger, more resilient, and the tears don’t come as much anymore. I want to formally “out” my experiences so that I can help others.
I just keep on going like a little energizer bunny and I want others to do so too.
I struggle with both borderline personality disorder, and bipolar disorder and my experiences with both will be heavily talked about on this blog.
More importantly though, I am a mental health advocate, a Harry Styles fan girl, and a person who shows incredible strength, and tenacity.
I hope you enjoy my blog.
From My Brain

- Happy One YearIt’s been a full year since my mental health break. I currently take an antidepressant, an anti anxiety, and one antipsychotic at 2mg but switching to 1mg with plans to get to the lowest dose in another year. I used to hate being on even one medication, now I’m on three. I think they’re superContinue reading “Happy One Year”
- Hello, I’m uhhh?I don’t know if it was the weed I smoked yesterday or me but my anxiety was bad last night. “Relax into yourself” “It’s ok Chelsea, you’re safe” “Make a home inside yourself” I repeat these things inside my head while hanging out with new friends. In the past year I’ve cultivated a safe spaceContinue reading “Hello, I’m uhhh?”
Planning to write weekly but if not, ehhhh I’m human

About Me:
One thing about me, I’m going to obsessively think, talk, write about something until it’s out of my system because I have OCD.
